Job Description
**Job title** Director of Sales **Role summary** Senior sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration across all hotel segments. Develops and executes strategic sales plans, manages key accounts, and collaborates with revenue and marketing teams to maximize profitability. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Increase market share within corporate, group, and events segments. - Maintain high client satisfaction and professional brand image. **Key responsibilities** - Partner with General Manager and Revenue team to set and monitor strategic revenue plans. - Identify, negotiate, and secure rate agreements and contract terms for existing and prospect accounts. - Lead account management activities, ensuring optimal utilization of hotel resources. - Design and implement marketing campaigns supporting Food & Beverage and overall hotel sales. - Coordinate cross‑functional sales operations to maximize revenue from hotel‑level, national, and international accounts. - Participate in forecasting, business mix analysis, and performance review. - Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to meet objectives. **Required skills** - Proven sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Independent, results‑driven with a strategic mindset. - Ability to collaborate with revenue, marketing, and operations teams. - Familiarity with corporate and group booking channels in major markets. - Data‑driven decision making and performance analytics. **Required education & certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Hospitality Sales Professional, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
