Job Description

Job title: Enterprise Architect – Healthcare Client Role Summary: Lead the definition, design, and governance of system integration and enterprise architecture within a healthcare organization, ensuring business applications are connected, scalable, and aligned with modern technology processes. Expectations: - Develop a clear integration strategy that drives productivity and structural coherence. - Build and maintain architectural models that support operational efficiency and technology modernization. - Produce comprehensive documentation to enable consistent communication and alignment across business and engineering stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design, coordinate, and manage architectural frameworks for new and existing systems. - Create integration models and recommend improvements to system alignment, IT processes, and operational functions. - Identify and document technology components, connectors, and relationships that determine system behavior. - Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve system and operational issues to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and accuracy. - Advise on system integration and scaling approaches to improve maintainability and performance. - Lead cross‑functional application and engineering teams in architectural design, ensuring alignment and delivery consistency. Required Skills: - Healthcare domain expertise (payer experience strongly preferred). - Experience with APIs, streaming technologies, and AI modeling/development/operations. - Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams. - Independent, outcome‑driven mindset with a focus on tangible results. - Proven team leadership in complex integration and architecture initiatives. - Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on system optimization. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Relevant architecture certification(s) (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) preferred.
