Job Description
**Job Title:** Commercial Performance & CRM Analyst (Sales Ops – Apprenticeship) **Role Summary:** Support the Sales Operations function as a partner to Sales, Pre‑sales, Partners, and Account Managers. Manage and improve the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, build automated Power BI dashboards, and deliver actionable performance insights to drive commercial efficiency across a multinational SaaS environment. **Expectations:** - Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Management Control, or Sales Operations. - Strong numerical aptitude with advanced Excel, Power Point, and Power BI skills. - Professional‑level English (written & spoken). - Prior analytical or performance‑focused experience (internship or job) in fast‑growth or enterprise‑tech settings. - Ability to work collaboratively across IT, Marketing, Finance, and international teams. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **CRM Administration** – Maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM, provide user support, generate reports, implement enhancements, and ensure data quality. 2. **Commercial Performance Analysis** – Design, automate, and maintain interactive Power BI reports; monitor KPIs (pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, churn, etc.); propose new metrics; deliver analysis to managers via CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3. **Sales Team Enablement** – Respond to tool requests, train sales staff on CRM best practices, and produce ad‑hoc reports (forecasts, account plans, funnel analysis). 4. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Coordinate with IT, Marketing, Finance, and overseas offices (Spain, UK) on data‑driven projects. **Required Skills:** - **Technical:** Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM) fundamentals, data analysis, data visualization, and modeling; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint. - **Analytical:** Ability to synthesize large datasets, identify trends, and present insights. - **Behavioral:** Strong organization, curiosity, rigor, teamwork, service orientation, clear communication, result‑driven mindset, and adaptability to complex environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Business, Data Science, Management Control, Sales Ops, or related field). - No specific certifications required; CRM or Power BI certifications are a plus.
