Job Description: Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – PHP/Laravel Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services for a SaaS real‑estate platform, focusing on PHP (Laravel) and MySQL. Drive architectural decisions, optimize performance, and maintain high reliability while collaborating with front‑end teams and product stakeholders. Expectations: Deliver clean, well‑tested code on schedule; mentor junior engineers; actively participate in code reviews and system design discussions; maintain uptime and performance targets for all backend services. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement high‑throughput backend services using PHP/Laravel and MySQL. - Develop, test, and document RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption. - Own architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. - Containerize microservices with Docker; orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes. - Integrate CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. - Conduct peer code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize back‑end performance and data flows. - Collaborate with front‑end engineers and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
