Impulso est une association de solidarite locale et internationale. Notre metier est d'accueillir, former et deployer des personnes souhaitant s'engager dans des missions qui ont du sens. Nous proposons : Deux volontariats de Partage de Competences : - en Amerique latine, ou les volontaires accompagnent des femmes en situation de precarite afin de leur permettre de developper une activite economique perenne et generatrice de revenus. - en France, ou les volontaires en service civique renforcent des associations locales en ressources humaines afin de les aider a se structurer et faire rayonner leurs actions. Un volontariat de Sensibilisation en Defi Sportif : - a velo en Europe ou en Asie, dont l'objectif est de financer des femmes porteuses d'activite, et de sensibiliser nos partenaires et beneficiaires aux Objectifs du Developpement Durable dans lesquels Impulso intervient. Les personnes qui s'engagent au sein de notre ONG vont a la fois grandir et faire grandir les beneficiaires, en vivant une immersion unique et en leur transmettant des competences. Job Description
**Job Title** Service Civique – Programme Coordinator – Hauts‑de‑France **Role Summary** Coordinate and oversee the operational execution of Impulso’s Mission France program, managing relationships with volunteer participants, supported associations, and internal teams. Ensure timely delivery of mentoring, training, and ecological transition interventions, monitor impact, and report progress to the Director of Programs. **Expectations** - Launch program on 26 January 2026, maintain 28 h/week commitment for 6 months. - Deliver high‑quality coordination for 4–6 partner associations per cohort. - Ensure completion of impact measurement surveys and submission of quarterly dashboards. **Key Responsibilities** - **Association Support**: - Track project progress and mentor volunteer‑partner pairings. - Clarify partnership contracts, structuring action plans, and enforce reporting tools (Trello). - Conduct monthly progress meetings with associations in coordination with the Director of Programs. - **Volunteer Management**: - Serve as first point of contact for volunteer queries and goal setting. - Establish weekly status reviews, onboarding, and site visits. - Foster engagement and motivation across the volunteer cohort. - **Impact Measurement**: - Administer impact questionnaires (baseline, mid‑term, 6‑month follow‑up). - Track indicators: association satisfaction, volunteer progress, Transformons outcomes, and funding targets (Novapec/Gear’Up). - Prepare cohort summary reports and provide data to Impulso and the Director. - **Transformons Reference**: - Identify ecological transition needs with volunteers. - Co‑design and monitor eco‑transition action plans. - Coordinate with the Finance Lead on CAP 2030 planning and public outreach. - **Program Administration**: - Liaise with the Operations team for administrative documentation, presence sheets, and knowledge‑transfer files. - Maintain program tools and end‑semester reporting. - **Logistics & Events**: - Assist in organizing end‑semester closing event, association visits, and workshops. - Update and draft hand‑over dossiers for each association. **Required Skills** - Project coordination and volunteer management experience. - Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills. - Proficiency in Trello (or similar project‑management tools) and basic reporting. - Ability to work independently, anticipate risks, and keep stakeholders aligned. - Knowledge of socio‑enterprise, entrepreneurship, and ecological transition is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (social sciences, international development, project management, or equivalent). - No specific certifications required; experience in NGOs or similar contexts preferred. **Contract & Compensation** - Service‑Civic contract, 6‑month duration (Jan‑Jul or Jul‑Dec), 28 h/week. - Monthly stipend: €620.
