Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Build, maintain, and optimize enterprise web applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and React (or similar JavaScript frameworks). Collaborate across a development team to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, clean code adhering to best practices. - Protect application data confidentiality and comply with security policies. - Engage in all stages: design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and refactor ASP.NET MVC/Core modules. - Create and maintain relational database schemas, write efficient T‑SQL queries, and perform database tuning. - Implement responsive UI components with React (preferred) or Angular, integrating with backend services. - Translate functional requirements into robust, maintainable software artifacts. - Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing; troubleshoot and resolve defects. - Maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge‑base entries. - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and cross‑functional collaboration. Required Skills: - Proficient in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET Standard. - Strong SQL and relational database design skills (Microsoft SQL Server). - Experience building web apps with ASP.NET MVC/Core. - Front‑end expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React preferred. - Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and scalable architecture. - Debugging, performance tuning, and testing proficiency. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - (Optional) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar .NET developer certifications.
