**Job Title:** GRC Engineer (Risk & Compliance)
**Role Summary:**
Senior ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) engineer responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering end‑to‑end GRC/IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Acts as technical lead, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and communicates complex solutions to both technical staff and senior leadership.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow IRM configurations and customizations on schedule.
- Maintain clear, written documentation and technical specifications.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to varied audiences.
- Follow Agile/Scaled Agile Framework processes and participate in sprint activities.
- Stay current on GRC/IRM industry trends, ServiceNow releases, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM modules, workflows, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
- Write and maintain JavaScript, RESTful API, XML, Java, Jelly, and AngularJS scripts and utilities.
- Configure and manage the ServiceNow CMDB to support GRC data integrity.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate compliance requirements into platform solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
**Required Skills:**
- 12+ years total IT experience; 3+ years hands‑on ServiceNow IRM.
- ServiceNow configuration, workflow design, UI policies, ACLs, and integration development.
- Strong scripting/programming: JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, Java, Jelly, AngularJS.
- CMDB administration and data modeling.
- Deep understanding of GRC/IRM concepts and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to technical and executive audiences.
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum/SAFe).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory or preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC/IRM (preferred).
