**Job Title** Technical Risk Analyst **Role Summary** Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks across the organization’s technology infrastructure, applications, and data. Ensure operational resilience and compliance with internal and external standards, collaborating with IT, security, and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement risk‑management strategies. **Expactations** - Deliver consistent risk assessment reports and actionable mitigation recommendations. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT) and regulatory requirements. - Support ongoing monitoring of security incidents and emerging threat trends. - Participate in the development and refinement of risk‑management policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on existing and new technologies. - Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Monitor and analyze security incidents and trends, providing insights to improve risk management practices. - Assist in the development and implementation of risk‑management policies and procedures. - Report risk findings to stakeholders and facilitate cross‑functional discussions. - Contribute to business‑aligned risk‑management planning and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in risk analysis, information security, or a related field. - Proficiency with risk‑assessment frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT). - Strong analytical ability to assess risks, determine impacts, and recommend mitigation. - Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and cloud computing environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder collaboration. - Ability to interpret technical data and translate findings into business‑relevant insights. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent are highly preferred.
