**Job Title**
ServiceNow Architect
**Role Summary**
Lead lifecycle management, governance, and delivery of ServiceNow products across planning, implementation, and post‑deployment stages. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, enforce application standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance requirements, and user needs.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 7 years in IT product development with proven release and timeline management experience.
- At least 5 years leading complex, multi‑team delivery in high‑tech or government settings.
- Strong ServiceNow technical expertise, including CMDB, Discovery, and integration skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and drive product development plans, feature delivery, and release schedules.
- Translate business requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitating collaboration among architects, developers, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow application governance policies; conduct regular configuration reviews.
- Oversee platform configuration, enhancements, and integration activities; ensure best‑practice adherence.
- Manage CMDB structure, data quality, and Discovery tool implementation.
- Support Agile/Scrum processes: backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery coordination.
- Ensure compliance with government IT governance (e.g., Florida IT rules) and organizational security, accessibility, and architectural standards.
- Communicate product metrics, risk mitigation, and progress to leadership and end‑users; provide training and knowledge transfer.
- Drive continuous improvement, collect user feedback, and implement enhancements.
- Maintain documentation (configurations, CMDB, Discovery) and produce status and risk reports.
**Required Skills**
- ServiceNow development, implementation, and enhancement (workflows, modules, integrations).
- CMDB management and Discovery tool deployment.
- Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools (SharePoint 365, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset for risk assessment, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (mandatory).
