My client is a leading FinTech firm specialising in SaaS products that provide real-time market data and pricing, rivalling platforms like Bloomberg and Reuters. With about 700 employees worldwide and headquarters in London, this company is a key player in financial technology.

We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a fast-paced, globally expanding team. You will have a strong background in cloud technologies, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

You’ll be joining an immediate team of 3 (Head of IT Service and Applications, IT Service Manager, IT Operations Manager) and you will be reporting to the IT Operations Manager.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the London office a few times a month.

What you will do:
Oversee the configuration, optimisation, and automation of cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
Collaborate with Security and Reliability engineers to minimise risk, maintain system backups, and support effective disaster recovery strategies.
Develop scripts/tools to automate routine tasks, improve operational efficiency, and support rapid scaling of cloud environments.
Work closely with external Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal teams to align on technical solutions, deliver projects, and maintain cloud infrastructure health.
Partner with IT Change functions to onboard new technologies, contribute to capacity planning, and influence technical decisions

What you will bring:
Proven experience in managing cloud-based infrastructures within MicrosoftAzure environments, with familiarity in PaaS and SaaS models.
Experience in Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra identity platforms, and how they integrate with security protocols.
Hands-on experience in automating cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or ARM Templates.
Proficiency with security tools including Zscaler for zero-trust networking, DLP systems, Azure security, and endpoint management solutions.
Microsoft365
Mimecast Messaging
Proven experience in working with external Managed Service Providers (MSPs), acting as the key liaison between the MSP and internal teams.

Nice to have:
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools to streamline deployments.
Exposure to processes such as Agile, SCRUM, ITIL etc.

Our client is a not-for-profit that reviews/certifies companies, governments and financial institutions for their environmental impact and awareness. They are the main global authority that certifies and monitors the environmental impact that companies/governments have on the natural environment. Essentially, they provide the equivalent of the “Fair Trade” sticker that you would see on a jar of coffee but for businesses and local governments.

The organisation is over 20 years old, headquartered in the UK with an office in central London and has 700 staff globally (100 circa in the UK).

My client is looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers who will play a key role in the ongoing development and innovation of their newly created platform.

This role is fully remote from the UK with the benefit of being able to work anywhere in the world for 6 months of the year.

Essential Technical Skills:
React: Frontend development for dynamic user interfaces.
TypeScript: Enhancing code maintainability with static typing.
Node.js: Server-side JavaScript for backend development.
Next.js: Framework for server-side rendering and performance optimisation.
