**Job Title:** Full Stack Digital Developer
**Role Summary:**
Build, optimise, and maintain digital solutions—including websites, wellbeing apps, and automation workflows—balancing 60% front‑end and 40% back‑end responsibilities. Collaborate with product and experience leaders to deliver inclusive, user‑centric digital experiences for vulnerable populations.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality code across the stack within sprint cycles.
- Actively participate in design, architecture, and user‑experience discussions.
- Demonstrate rapid learning, problem‑solving, and adaptability to new technologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular.
- Build and expose RESTful/APIs and backend services with Node.js, .NET, or Python.
- Integrate data sources, third‑party APIs, and content from CMS platforms (e.g., Kontent.ai).
- Implement continuous integration/deployment pipelines and manage cloud hosting (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Create and refine automation solutions using low‑code/no‑code tools, RPA, and AI‑enabled workflows.
- Optimize web performance, SEO, accessibility (WCAG) and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Front‑end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular.
- Back‑end: Node.js, .NET, or Python; API design and implementation.
- Web architecture, responsive design, performance tuning.
- CMS integration (Kontent.ai preferred), CI/CD, cloud platforms (Azure).
- Experience with automation (low‑code, RPA, AI workflows).
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or equivalent) are a plus.
