**Job Title:** Office Administrative Assistant **Role Summary:** Provide front‑of‑house support for a high‑performing boutique London office on a 6‑month fixed‑term part‑time contract (7:30 am–12:00 pm, Monday‑Friday). Ensure a polished, welcoming environment, assist visitors, coordinate meetings, manage office supplies, and support executive needs as required. **Expectations:** - Commit to a 6‑month, part‑time schedule. - Demonstrate reliability, especially on early hours and Fridays. - Maintain a calm, professional presence and high standards of presentation. - Act proactively and anticipate the needs of senior visitors and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests; coordinate arrivals and room bookings. - Set up meeting spaces to high standards and support larger internal/international meetings. - Provide occasional executive assistance (e.g., refreshments, ad‑hoc requests). - Manage general office tasks: supplies, deliveries, stock restocking, liaison with external providers. - Prepare the workspace each morning and maintain overall office presentation throughout the day. **Required Skills:** - Experience in a polished, corporate or boutique‑style office environment. - Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation. - Exceptional service mindset with the ability to anticipate needs. - Excellent organisational and proactive skills. - Comfortable working in a small, high‑performing team. - Reliable, punctual, and committed to morning hours. - Confident, personable communication; able to represent the office with warmth and finesse. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent. - Any relevant administrative or customer‑service training is desirable but not mandatory.
