**Job Title:** Business Development Associate **Role Summary:** Drive restaurant partnerships to expand the restaurant-to-go platform, focusing on the Bay Area. **Expectations:** Proactively identify and onboard local restaurants to the platform; manage full sales cycle and cultivate long-term partnerships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively identify and contact local restaurants to introduce the restaurant-to-go platform. - Demonstrate platform value to restaurant owners and decision-makers. - Manage end-to-end sales process, including contract execution and onboarding. - Expand food vendor categories (e.g., bakeries, specialty providers) to diversify offerings. - Build and maintain sustainable relationships with restaurant partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted promotions and revenue strategies. - Collect and relay vendor feedback to improve platform functionality. **Required Skills:** - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. - 1+ years of business development or sales experience in B2B environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual proficiency in Korean/Vietnamese/Chinese and English preferred. - Negotiation and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability. - Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree required. - No specific certifications mandatory.
