Job Description
Job title: Account Manager Role Summary: Manages and expands relationships with existing B2B clients in the SaaS, IT, insurance, engineering, financial services, or consultancy sectors. Responsible for annual renewals, growth targets, and overall book of business (~€4M). Acts as central point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, on‑boarding, and upsell opportunities while coordinating internal cross‑functional support. Expactations: - Meet or exceed annual sales growth and renewal targets. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty (NPS focus). - Deliver comprehensive account and solution planning. - Provide transparent forecasting and pipeline visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and sustain professional relationships with key client stakeholders. - Conduct proactive needs assessment and propose tailored solutions. - Lead solution development, coordinating Enhesa personnel and mitigating client crises. - Oversee client onboarding, maximizing product adoption and satisfaction. - Negotiate contract renewals, addendums, and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM. - Support team peers through training, onboarding, and tool guidance. - Represent the organization at industry events and tradeshows. Required Skills: - 3–5 years of B2B sales and account management experience. - Proven track record in achieving revenue growth and client retention. - Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities. - Proficiency with Office Suite, CRM platforms, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in English; additional language skills valued. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field from an accredited university.
