Job title: Marketing Data Analyst
Role Summary:
Provide analytical insights to inform marketing strategy, develop and maintain reporting dashboards, and collaborate across functions to optimize data-driven decisions.
Expectations:
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proven ability to analyze marketing and business data, derive actionable insights, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Strong English communication; additional fluency in German, Dutch, French, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, or Romanian is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and update detailed marketing reports and dashboards (Excel, Power Query, Power BI).
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret data.
- Provide administrative and operational support to enhance reporting efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), Power BI, and data visualization.
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Objects (knowledge is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and market analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or Microsoft Power BI are desirable.
