Job title: Information Technology Project Manager
Role Summary: Senior Project Manager responsible for day‑to‑day delivery of complex IT initiatives, including AI, cloud, and integration projects, using the full Project Management Life Cycle and SDLC processes. Drives scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality to meet stakeholder expectations.
Expactations: • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with executives, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable IT deliverables using waterfall, agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Apply industry best practices, audit requirements, and emerging AI trends to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead end‑to‑end project management for mid‑to‑large scale IT integration and AI solution deployments.
• Create and manage project charters, schedules, risk, communication, and budget plans.
• Coordinate resources, funding, and cross‑project dependencies.
• Facilitate scope definition, requirement gathering, and functional specification creation with business analysts and architects.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct status reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate risk, status, and impact analyses to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills: • Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, including application and data integration projects.
• Deep knowledge of PMLC and SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Planview, SharePoint, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex business needs into IT solutions.
• Experience in commercial insurance or similar regulated environments (preferred).
• Proven track record managing mid‑to‑large projects independently within matrix environments.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI‑ACP preferred but not mandatory.
