Job Description

**Job Title:** IT ServiceNow Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Facilitates communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Drives process improvements, creates workflows, reports, and dashboards, and provides data‑driven recommendations to enhance ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM operations. **Expectations:** - Work onsite on a hybrid schedule with occasional meetings and training. - Engage stakeholders at all organizational levels to gather and clarify requirements. - Deliver clear documentation, status reports, and actionable recommendations. - Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements. - Conduct feasibility, cost‑benefit, and business process analyses. - Design ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards for ITSM/ITOM/ITBM. - Perform business process modeling audits and identify optimization opportunities. - Stay current on ServiceNow best practices and platform updates to recommend automation and modernization. - Facilitate workshops, trainings, and presentations for diverse audiences. - Produce detailed status and recommendation reports for stakeholders. - Define project scope, objectives, risks, tasks, deliverables, and resource needs with project teams. - Support user acceptance testing and validation of designed solutions. - Contribute to special projects and ad‑hoc duties as assigned. **Required Skills:** - Excellent oral and written communication; ability to interact with all stakeholder levels. - Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective facilitation and presentation skills; can explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Proficient documentation and process‑modeling capabilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, or project management. - Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform (preferred). - Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle (preferred). - Understanding of the legal industry environment (preferred).
