**Job Title:** HR Recruitment Officer **Role Summary** Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, collaborate on hiring strategies, and manage end-to-end candidate processes while contributing to HR initiatives aimed at talent acquisition and retention. **Expectations** Proven experience in talent acquisition (max 4 years), strong candidate sourcing skills, and ability to deliver seamless recruitment processes aligned with organizational needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with department managers to design and publish job descriptions. - Source candidates via job boards, social media, and recruitment channels. - Coordinate first and second-round interviews and collaborate on financial proposals (budgets, salary scales). - Draft contracts for payroll and freelance candidates. - Support development and implementation of HR projects (e.g., employer branding, campus recruiting, partnerships, onboarding). - Analyze candidate feedback and optimize recruitment strategies. **Required Skills** - Talent acquisition (0–4 years). - Candidate experience management. - Multi-channel candidate sourcing (job boards, social media). - Interview coordination and interview assessment. - Financial proposal creation (budgets, compensation structures). - Fluency in English and Dutch/French (bilingual proficiency). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Certifications in HR disciplines (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred but not mandatory.
