**Job Title:** Relationship Manager **Role Summary:** Builds and deepens relationships with mid‑ to senior‑level leaders in assigned territories. Supports the Client Manager on account plans, opportunity strategies, and pipeline management. Drives client engagement, upsell, renewal, and cross‑functional collaboration to grow wallet share and achieve revenue targets. **Expectations:** - 3‑5+ years of client‑facing sales or account management experience in financial services. - Proven track record of building client relationships and delivering client value. - Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross‑functional influence skills. - Ability to manage complex, multi‑product pipelines and maintain disciplined CRM usage. - Comfortable leading renewal and upsell discussions with mid‑ to senior‑level stakeholders. - Growth mindset with a commitment to personal and team development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop account plans and execute assigned portions independently. - Strengthen and expand client relationships through regular engagement, discovery calls, and sales presentations. - Respond to client requests or escalation, manage risk, and support the Client Manager. - Contribute to RFP responses, business review presentations, and strategic contract renewals. - Map organizational structures, identify stakeholders, and leverage strategic alliances. - Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including upsell and cross‑sell. - Engage internal teams and buying centers to promote solutions and grow wallet share. - Manage complex multi‑product pipelines with accurate forecasting and CRM updates. - Drive structured execution of client initiatives with minimal supervision. - Conduct research to identify stakeholders, uncover gaps, and inform engagement plans. - Lead renewal, pricing, and negotiation discussions with executive stakeholders. - Communicate clearly across all levels and influence without direct authority. - Mentor junior Relationship Managers and support continuous learning. **Required Skills:** - Client relationship building and account management. - Strategic account planning and opportunity development. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and influence across departments. - CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) with forecasting and pipeline management. - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain clear documentation. - Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a growth mindset. - Experience leading renewal and upsell conversations with senior stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience).
