As a Functional and Business Analyst at Methis Consulting, you’ll work on high-impact projects for top-tier companies in the Utilities industry. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience as business analyst in IT-implementation projects related to energy utilities (grid companies, energy suppliers).
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications that guide our development teams.
Design and document comprehensive solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with development teams to guarantee the successful execution of your designs.
Validate implementations through thorough testing, ensuring the solution meets the desired business outcomes.
Engage in team collaboration, attending daily meetings to discuss project progress, solve challenges, and refine solutions with key users and stakeholders.

What we are looking for:
Master's degree in a business economics, business engineering or technology-oriented field (ICT, business analytics, engineering, computer science)
Proven experience in Utilities sector, specifically as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in an IT-implementation project in utilities is a plus, but not a requirement.
Minimum 2 years working experience.
Affinity with ERP (SAP ECC or S4, SAP IS-U), Salesforce is a plus.
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with working with JIRA or Azure Devops
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Perfectly fluent in English, Dutch/French and can express yourself in French/Dutch.
