Job Description
**Job title** EU Fund Operations Consultant (H/F) **Role Summary** Lead the collection, quality assurance, and analysis of performance and financial data for European Union projects. Design and manage digital tracking tools, produce annual implementation reports, coordinate audit processes, and oversee internal and external evaluation activities. Provide technical support to project stakeholders and contribute to policy‑level evaluation work. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, timely data and reporting to meet EU and national deadlines. - Maintain strict data integrity and confidentiality. - Collaborate across municipal, regional, and European agencies. - Demonstrate adaptability in a fast‑growing consulting environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Pilot data collection (indicators of achievement, results, finances) and ensure reliability. - Develop and animate digital monitoring tools and dashboards. - Draft Annual Implementation Reports (RAMO) and audit‑support documentation. - Define and update evaluation frameworks, tenders, and select external evaluators. - Manage evaluation plans, conduct quality reviews, and implement action plans. - Engage in continuous training of instruction staff and service providers. - Contribute to national/European evaluation initiatives and policy revisions. **Required Skills** - Strong understanding of EU regional policy and Territorial Cooperation. - Expertise in public policy monitoring, evaluation methods, and data synthesis. - Knowledge of local government procedures and technical/financial dossier handling. - Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and data management systems. - Competence in public accounting and financial data analysis. - Excellent analytical, synthesising, and written communication skills. - Team orientation, organisational rigor, discretion, and proactive responsiveness. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum BAC+3 (Bachelor) or BAC+5 (Master) in Public Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
