Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – Structural & Architecture **Role Summary** Lead and coordinate all phases of infrastructure and construction projects from conception through close‑out, ensuring delivery within contractual, budgetary, and schedule constraints while maintaining quality and safety standards. **Expectations** - Drive project execution and performance, maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. - Manage risk, change orders, and claims to protect project objectives. - Provide technical and strategic input for business development, proposals, and pricing. - Foster a high‑performance, collaborative project team. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies. - Oversee design, engineering, procurement, construction, start‑up, performance testing, and operations phases. - Monitor compliance with contracts, specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements. - Manage change control, trend programs, and claim processing. - Report project status, variances, and corrective actions to stakeholders. - Resolve technical and managerial issues, ensuring successful project turnover. - Support business development with technical proposals, win plans, and pricing strategies. **Required Skills** - Project management (schedule, budget, scope, risk, quality, safety). - Structural and architectural construction knowledge. - Estimating, procurement, and contract administration expertise. - Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and team development. - Problem‑solving, decision‑making, and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. - PMP certification preferred; PE license an advantage. ---
