Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Description: **Job Title:** Quality Assurance Analyst **Role Summary:** Execute testing for in-house and SaaS-based healthcare software solutions to ensure compliance with functional, technical, and integration requirements. Enhance quality assurance processes and deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions. **Expectations:** Ensure testing aligns with business and technical requirements, system compliance, and integration standards. Develop and maintain test strategies, validate backend systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute manual testing and support automation initiatives for functional, regression, and load/performance testing. * Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and documentation for assigned features; log and track results for stakeholders. * Write SQL queries for backend validation and maintain test data/environments. * Apply QA methodologies to improve processes, tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr), and team technical capabilities. * Participate in meetings to resolve quality issues and estimate effort for testing activities. **Required Skills:** * Proficient in manual testing; exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium). * Strong SQL skills for data validation. * Familiarity with QA methodologies, test case management tools, and defect tracking. * Experience in SDLC testing phases, IT project methodologies, and enterprise application technologies. * Effective problem documentation and communication skills for cross-functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or technical discipline. * Minimum 4+ years of QA experience in software testing. * Preferred certifications: CSTE (Certified Software Test Engineer) or CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst). * Knowledge of Salesforce data model or cloud-native architectures preferred.
