Job title: Associate Brand Manager Role Summary: Lead the growth of a Canadian snack portfolio by driving channel expansion, category development, and new product launches. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and US counterparts to execute brand strategies, manage budgets, and achieve volume and financial targets. Expactations: - Minimum 2 years experience in CPG, food & beverage or related industry - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization - Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills - Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and collaborative mindset - Resourceful, independent worker with a “can‑do” attitude - Understanding of P&L mechanics and budget management - Passion for the snacks category and innovative product development Key Responsibilities: - Identify and execute opportunities for channel and category expansion - Lead cross‑functional teams through concept to launch of new snack products - Analyze market, consumer, and financial data; provide actionable insights - Partner with sales to understand customer needs and maximize distribution - Support budget management and evaluate product‑level P&L for performance improvement - Execute brand strategies and 12‑quarter plans, including innovation, renewal, and packaging - Collaborate with US counterparts on long‑term brand strategy and shared projects Required Skills: - Project management and simultaneous multi‑project execution - Quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and recommendation development - Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management - Communication, presentation, and influence skills - Budgeting, P&L oversight, and financial acumen - Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, high‑velocity environments Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (required) - MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred (MBA a plus)
