Job title: FSC Salesforce Administrator
Role Summary: Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for banking operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end FSC implementations, maintain data integrity and security, drive architectural best practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional banking and compliance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and oversee full lifecycle delivery of FSC solutions, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures using FSC data models, automation, and integrations.
- Configure and customize using Apex, LWC, Flow, and related Salesforce tools.
- Design and manage integrations with core banking systems, data platforms, and third‑party applications via APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with FFIEC, GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory standards.
- Define development standards, CI/CD pipelines, release management, sandbox strategies, and platform health checks.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Salesforce FSC capabilities and enhancements, guiding stakeholders on technical roadmaps.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years Salesforce experience, 3+ with Financial Services Cloud.
- Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP, middleware).
- Deep knowledge of FSC data model, client onboarding, financial accounts, and household management.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
- Proven experience as Salesforce FSC Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (or progressing toward CTA).
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (preferred).
