Job Description: Job title: ServiceNow Consultant (H/F) Role Summary: Complete the migration of legacy maintenance and support tools to ServiceNow, tailoring existing CSM and FSM modules and building new applications. Deliver automated, efficient workflows, maintain platform stability, and train end‑users and administrators. Expectations: - Minimum 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience (administration, configuration, integration). - Strong JavaScript developer with Glide API proficiency. - Proven ability to design workflows, build business rules and client scripts. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. - Solid reporting skills creating dashboards and performance metrics. - Technical English reading and speaking.
