**Job Title:** Sr. Manager, Product Marketing **Role Summary:** Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of product categories, driving sales, profitability, and brand positioning through data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration. **Expactations:** - Highly refined communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability - Adaptability to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment - Deep understanding of business financials and KPIs - Results‑oriented self‑starter who can influence stakeholders and manage complex projects end‑to‑end - Attention to detail and a constructive, collaborative mindset **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans to meet short‑ and long‑term sales and profitability targets for assigned categories - Monitor category KPIs in real time and use data insights to guide continuous performance improvements - Partner with Product Development, Creative, Sales, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Growth teams to align on positioning, activations, and customer touchpoints - Review and evaluate assortment performance, recommending optimizations and new opportunities within the product line - Build channel‑specific annual sales forecasts in partnership with Sales and Digital, aligning with category objectives - Coordinate with Operations to align inventory management with growth strategies, ensuring supply continuity and proactive excess stock management - Lead pricing analysis within the competitive landscape to maintain strategic, market‑competitive positioning - Conduct market and consumer research to uncover insights, informing product and category enhancements - Stay current on the evolving beauty landscape and competitive environment to guide strategic planning and execution **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation proficiency - Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a data‑driven mindset - Proficiency in market and pricing analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking - Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders - Strong project management and execution capabilities in a fast‑moving setting - Detail‑oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a similar role - Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship requirements - Knowledge or passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
