Job Description
**Job Title:** Sustainable Development Project Manager (M/F) **Role Summary:** Lead the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s CSR/ESG strategy within an industrial environment. Drive cross‑functional sustainability projects, measure performance, report results, and foster responsible practices among employees and external partners. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing CSR or sustainable development projects in the industrial sector. - Strong coordination, communication, and facilitation skills for transversal initiatives. - Proactive mindset with the ability to propose and implement improvement ideas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define, execute, and track the organization’s CSR strategy. - Lead cross‑functional projects addressing social, environmental, and ethical issues. - Collect, analyze, and report ESG metrics; produce regular performance dashboards and summaries. - Design and deliver training/awareness programs on responsible practices for staff. - Monitor regulatory and sectoral developments related to sustainability; ensure compliance. - Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners (suppliers, clients, NGOs, public authorities). **Required Skills:** - Project management (planning, budgeting, risk management). - ESG data analysis and reporting. - Stakeholder engagement and partnership building. - Strong written and verbal communication in French; English proficiency preferred. - Ability to translate complex sustainability concepts into actionable initiatives. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in CSR, Sustainable Development, Environmental Management, or related field. - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
