**Job Title:** Concierge Intern – Bo House **Role Summary:** Assist the concierge team in delivering personalized, discreet, and proactive service to a high‑net‑worth clientele. Manage client requests, reservations, and follow‑up while maintaining confidentiality and upholding a premium brand image. **Expectations:** - Support daily concierge operations. - Manage client communication in French and English (additional languages welcome). - Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a strong sense of privacy. - Build and maintain a trusted network of local partners. - Contribute to accurate reporting and client database upkeep. **Key Responsibilities:** - Warmly greet guests and assess their individual needs. - Handle all client requests (restaurant bookings, transfers, events, exclusive experiences). - Follow up on all services to ensure full satisfaction. - Update and manage client and partner databases. - Prepare activity reports and billing support. - Keep abreast of luxury market trends, new venues, and events. - Maintain a current list of reliable local service providers. - Uphold service standards, confidentiality, and brand integrity. - Foster customer loyalty through outstanding service. **Required Skills:** - Executive‑level communication in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus. - Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. - Discretion, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and contemporary communication tools (WhatsApp Business, etc.). - Passion for luxury, travel, and gastronomy. - Attention to detail and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student status in a hospitality, tourism, communication, or luxury‑management program. - No additional certifications required; relevant coursework or experience in concierge service is advantageous.
