Job Description
Job Title: Mid-Level SysAdmin & DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Maintain production system reliability through automation, cloud operations, and proactive infrastructure improvements. Focus on Kubernetes deployment, cloud environments, and collaboration with engineering teams to optimize deployment pipelines. Expactations: 3-5+ years in a Sysadmin, DevOps, or infrastructure role. Strong expertise in cloud and automation technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor Kubernetes (OpenShift, EKS, AKS) deployments. - Operate Linux-based cloud servers (AWS, Azure). - Implement monitoring/logging/alerting for system health. - Execute updates, patches, and configurations. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. - Ensure system performance, availability, security, and capacity planning. - Apply security best practices and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001). - Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines. - Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible). - Optimize build/test/deployment workflows with development teams. - Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies. - Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
