Job Description
**Job Title** SAP SuccessFactors HR Applications Consultant (F/H) **Role Summary** Provide first‑line technical support for SAP SuccessFactors HR applications, with a focus on payroll integration (SuccessFactors Cloud + S/4HANA Accounting) and modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Time Management, Learning, Recruiting, and SAC. Manage and deploy annual cloud updates, serve as the primary IT liaison for the HR Division, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and coordinate cross‑functional IT teams and external partners. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, timely support for all HR applications. - Ensure smooth execution of Annual SuccessFactors Cloud releases. - Act as the main IT contact for HR, facilitating communication between end users, business stakeholders, and external vendors (e.g., Peopledoc, Beqom). - Translate business needs into actionable technical plans and oversee their implementation. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle end‑to‑end technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Collect and analyze business requirements from HR users and stakeholders. - Prioritise, plan, and execute cross‑functional projects and initiatives. - Lead design, testing, and rollout of new functionalities. - Oversee technical HRIS management, process optimisation, and organisational change activities. - Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT units to align solutions with enterprise architecture. **Required Skills** - Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Time Management, Learning, Recruiting, SAC). - Strong understanding of payroll integration with S/4HANA Accounting. - Proven project management and coordination abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Deep knowledge of HR processes and terminology. - Ability to manage change and drive process optimisation. - Experience with external vendor coordination (e.g., Peopledoc, Beqom). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master preferred). - Minimum 6 years of professional experience in HRIS/ERP implementation, system management, and customisation. - SAP SuccessFactors certifications for relevant modules (Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting, etc.).
