Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Systems Analyst II **Role Summary:** A senior analyst who bridges business and IT teams to design, document, and implement moderate‑to‑complex technical solutions. Responsible for capturing business requirements, leading requirement workshops, developing functional specifications, and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals through UAT and deployment support. **Expectations:** * 10+ years of experience as a technical systems analyst or business analyst. * Proven ability to guide end‑to‑end requirement lifecycle from elicitation to delivery. * Strong leadership and facilitation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and drive process redesign. * Ability to produce comprehensive documentation (specs, use cases, data flows, UAT plans) and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements. 2. Lead requirement workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions. 3. Create process flows, use cases, data flow diagrams, and integration designs. 4. Develop and oversee UAT strategy, test scripts, and defect tracking. 5. Conduct feasibility studies, draft proposals, and support decision‑making. 6. Own the requirements traceability matrix and change management process. 7. Coach junior analysts and transfer knowledge. 8. Coordinate with project managers to align scope, timeline, and budget. 9. Participate in solution deployment and post‑implementation reviews. 10. Generate reports, metrics, and satisfaction analysis to monitor solution effectiveness. **Required Skills:** * Requirements engineering & documentation * Business process modeling (workflow, UML) * UAT planning & facilitation * Data analysis & performance reporting * SDLC and project management fundamentals * Stakeholder engagement & communication * Problem‑solving & critical thinking * Change management **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field from an accredited institution. * Professional certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, ITIL Foundation) are desirable but not mandatory.
