My Client's TD-change finance entity wishes to engage the services of a Business Analyst consultant for a mission involving analysis and monitoring tasks as part of several projects entering the initiation phase in early 2025 with team involvement. Among the most important are:
Electronic invoicing: By 2026, all incoming and outgoing invoices involving a company must be digitized.
Digilex: By 2026, the declaration of taxes paid by the company must be digitized.
Relations with brokers: It is necessary to automate the exchange of information with certain brokers.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Definition:
Support for the project manager / Identification of stakeholders
Formalization of processes
Definition and documentation of requirements
Communication with the team’s analysts and developers
Definition of the backlog
Collaboration during the execution phase
Testing:
Support for system tests, end-to-end, and acceptance testing, as well as developing the testing strategy
Handover:
Change management, training, and handover to the various teams

PROFILE :
Autonomy:
These projects will require interactions with several departments. Therefore, the person must be able to communicate easily with various members of the organization, adapting their language to suit the audience.
It is appreciated if the person combines the role of Business Analyst with that of Functional Analyst. The TD-change-finance team is relatively small (7 people) and does not work in silos.
Curiosity, both in business and technical aspects, is a required quality.
Experience in processes related to tax payments and invoicing is necessary in a banking or insurance environment.
The mentioned projects are cross-functional within the company. Therefore, excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Teaching skills are appreciated.
A good command of data handling is always a plus (Excel, SQL).
Languages:
The team is predominantly French-speaking. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
Education and Professional Certifications:
University level
Experience/Knowledge of processes encountered in the banking/insurance industry
Experience in analysis
Experience in testing
