Job Description
**Job Title:** QHSE Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary:** Implement and manage the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policy on site for a leading construction firm. Serve as a liaison between the site operations and the Agency Director, driving continuous improvement, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. **Expectations:** - Deploy and reinforce QHSE strategy across all construction activities. - Maintain certification standards and regulatory compliance. - Foster a culture of safety and sustainability among staff and subcontractors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver training materials, communication tools, and awareness sessions. - Monitor and report on QHSE indicators, including statistical data and performance dashboards. - Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and evaluation of suppliers/subcontractors. - Develop and execute prevention plans, loading/unloading protocols, and safety days. - Coordinate periodic checks, regulatory inspections, and EPI (personal protective equipment) management. - Manage the QHSE database and ensure data integrity. - Interact with external bodies (certification agencies, regulatory authorities) and manage RSE (CSR) initiatives. - Lead the planning and execution of training programmes and safety workshops for operational teams. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication, relational, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Proficiency in French (written & oral). - Analytical skills for risk assessment and performance monitoring. - Project‑management capability, including scheduling and coordination. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 2‑year technical diploma (BAC+2) or 5‑year university degree (BAC+5) in engineering, safety, or related field. - Prior experience in a QSE/QHSE role. ---
