Required Skills * Bilingual (English/French) written and verbal communication. * Expertise in full‑cycle event planning; experience with hybrid, virtual (Zoom, WebEx, Teams), and in‑person formats. * Strong organizational and project‑management skills; ability to juggle multiple events concurrently. * Proficient in budget management and cost negotiation. * Detail‑oriented with a proactive, business‑focused mindset. * Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
