Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the complete Service Transition process (creation, design, build, stage‑gate, and run). - Develop, document, and maintain transition plans, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and operational readiness. - Coordinate and allocate programme and operational resources to support smooth handover of services. - Act as the primary liaison between development, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. - Facilitate transition activities such as risk assessments, change approvals, and service validation testing. - Monitor and report transition progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management.
