Job title: Product Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead go-to‑market planning, positioning, and messaging for payroll SaaS products, collaborating across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive product adoption and market success. Expectations: Own end-to‑end launch initiatives, craft compelling product narratives, enable sales enablement, conduct market and persona research, and elevate brand presence through thought leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, coordinating launch plans with cross‑functional teams. - Create differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences. - Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to refine strategy and messaging. - Design sales enablement assets (battle cards, training materials, collateral) to support sales teams. - Partner with Design and Content teams to produce on‑brand, engaging marketing collateral. - Produce thought‑leadership content and insights to strengthen industry presence. Required Skills: - 3+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing. - Strong storytelling, writing, and project management skills. - Proficiency in cross‑functional collaboration (Product, Sales, Marketing). - Data‑driven mindset with analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts into customer‑centric narratives. - Public speaking and presentation experience (advantage). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
