**Job Title:** Demand Planning Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the development and execution of accurate, data‑driven demand forecasts supporting global inventory planning, sales execution, and operational efficiency. Utilize the Atlas statistical modeling platform and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and key customers to ensure forecast alignment, inventory adequacy, and continuous improvement of planning processes. **Expectations:** - Deliver precise monthly and annual forecasts by product, channel, geography, and key account. - Maintain forecast accuracy, reducing variance and enhancing inventory visibility. - Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to incorporate sales expectations and promotional plans. - Identify inventory risks and recommend SKU rationalization or inventory adjustment. - Continuously improve forecasting models and planning workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, update, and maintain demand forecasts using point‑of‑sale data, market trends, and historical sales. - Develop and refine forecast models within Atlas or equivalent statistical platforms. - Partner with Sales and Marketing to align assumptions and capture demand signals. - Conduct planning meetings with key customers to review forecasts and adjust inventory plans. - Analyze SKU and location‑level sell‑through, generating insights on inventory risk and opportunity. - Support product launches and seasonal programs with detailed inventory flow plans in coordination with Operations and Sales. - Create and maintain reporting tools tracking forecast accuracy, sales performance, and inventory metrics. - Advise on underperforming products and propose rationalization opportunities. - Identify process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Lead demand planning initiatives and respond to leadership requests to support business growth. **Required Skills:** - Advanced forecasting and statistical modeling (Atlas or equivalent). - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite). - Ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence cross‑functional decisions. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder meetings. - Self‑directed organizer, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field. - 4–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Sales Forecasting, or related disciplines. - Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) are a plus.
