Client Success Manager
**Role Summary**
Own the relationship and success of a portfolio of high‑growth technology clients, steering them through the full lifecycle of talent acquisition—from onboarding to post‑placement support—while acting as the liaison between client leadership and internal research teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end‑to‑end client lifecycle: onboarding, search kickoff, candidate presentations, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and post‑placement follow‑up.
- Serve as strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and process optimization.
- Design, implement, and iterate scalable processes that enhance speed, transparency, and quality.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align role requirements, sourcing strategy, and candidate quality standards.
- Lead regular pipeline meetings with client recruiting and engineering leaders to review progress, unblock challenges, and ensure alignment.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of high‑growth technology clients.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, client success, or account management experience in technical or high‑growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to close senior‑level placements or manage enterprise relationships in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of modern engineering domains (Cloud, SRE, DevOps, Platform, Data, ML).
- High proficiency in building long‑term client partnerships, proactive value delivery, and relationship management.
- Autonomous, decisive action‑oriented mindset with ability to handle ambiguity and drive initiatives.
- Process‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and able to build repeatable, scalable workflows.
- Intellectual curiosity; keeps up with new technologies and industry trends.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Professional certifications in recruiting, talent acquisition, or client success (e.g., SPHR, Certified Professional in Talent Development, or similar) are advantageous.
