**Job Title** Lead Data Science & AI (F/H) **Role Summary** Lead data science initiatives within a global industrial organization, driving end‑to‑end AI projects and establishing scalable data‑science standards. Provide strategic leadership, hands‑on technical execution, and cross‑functional mentorship across multiple business units. **Expectations** - 5–10 years of applied data‑science experience, including full‑cycle AI projects in industrial or B2B settings. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into viable AI solutions. - Strong analytical thinking, strategic vision, and operational execution. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Leadership experience with ability to influence and grow a distributed data‑science community. **Key Responsibilities** - Accelerate high‑impact AI use‑cases: guide local teams from ideation through deployment. - Lead hands‑on project phases (POCs, prototyping, early industrialisation). - Define and disseminate group AI methodology: lifecycle, MLOps, data quality, and ethics. - Build, animate, and upskill a network of data scientists across entities. - Conduct active AI trend monitoring (foundation models, NLP, vision, deep learning) and pilot new approaches. - Shape sustainable data & AI practices in an international context. - Collaborate with business units to integrate AI solutions into operational processes. **Required Skills** - Advanced statistical modeling and machine‑learning techniques. - Deep‑learning expertise (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, transformers). - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn). - Experience with MLOps tools (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, deployment pipelines). - Strong data‑engineering fundamentals (ETL, data pipelines, data warehousing). - Knowledge of data‑quality, governance, and ethical AI principles. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent. - Relevant certifications in data science, AI, or MLOps are a plus.
