Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce AI Strategist Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and governance of AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to drive business process optimization, enhanced customer experience, and data‑driven decision making. Expectations: - Develop and execute AI integration roadmaps that align with organizational KPIs. - Deliver measurable ROI through continuous performance monitoring and iteration. - Act as a cross‑functional expert on Salesforce AI capabilities and emerging industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Define AI strategy, roadmap, and governance for Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and generative AI. - Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud teams to design AI‑enabled workflows, automation, and personalization. - Build predictive models and insights using Salesforce Data Cloud and external data sources. - Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all AI assets. - Stay current on Salesforce releases and AI innovations; recommend adoption of new features. - Train internal stakeholders on AI best practices, tool usage, and governance. - Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and report ROI to senior leadership. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and integration tooling. - Proficiency in data analytics, predictive modeling, and generative AI concepts. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Capability to translate business objectives into actionable AI initiatives. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). - 5+ years Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). - 3+ years AI/ML strategy or implementation experience. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified AI/ML Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) preferred.
