Job Title: Devin.ai Consultant
Role Summary
Lead the end‑to‑end deployment of Devin, an autonomous AI engineering platform, within enterprise environments. Serve as the primary subject matter expert, defining governance, security, and best‑practice frameworks while enabling engineering, DevOps, and security teams to integrate Devin into their CI/CD, SDLC, and QA processes for increased productivity and quality.
Expectations
- 6+ years in software engineering, DevOps, MLOps, or platform engineering.
- Proven experience configuring and integrating developer platforms (Git, CI/CD, artifact stores).
- Deep understanding of LLM‑based coding tools and AI copilots.
- Strong background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
- Familiarity with secure coding, enterprise security standards, and governance models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Platform Setup & Integration** – Configure Devin environments, connect GitHub, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), Jira/ServiceNow, internal repos, and artifact stores; enforce role‑based access and secure networking.
2. **Enterprise Architecture & Security** – Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure data privacy, compliant isolation, secure APIs, credential management, and governance for responsible AI use.
3. **Workflow Design & Process Enablement** – Map Devin into SDLC, DevOps, QA, and engineering workflows; create templates, SOPs, and best‑practice guides for autonomous task execution, code generation & review, automated testing & deployment, observability, and quality checks.
4. **Change Management & Enablement** – Conduct workshops, training sessions, and pilots; produce documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting playbooks; drive multi‑team adoption and operational readiness.
5. **Technical Leadership & Advisory** – Act as AI‑engineering SME, advise on scaling DevOps, platform engineering, and automated development; align with product and engineering leadership on roadmap and platform integration.
Required Skills
- Expertise in LLM‑based coding tools (e.g., Devin.ai, GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer).
- CI/CD pipeline design and management.
- Cloud platform proficiency: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Secure coding practices, DevSecOps, and governance frameworks.
- Scripting: Python, Bash, YAML.
- Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management; training and facilitation.
Required Education & Certifications
- Minimum of 6 years practical experience in relevant domains (software engineering, DevOps, MLOps, or platform engineering).
- Professional certifications preferred: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or equivalent in AI tools/platforms.
