Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Service Specialist **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive internal and external customer support for a technology leader in electrification and automation, handling technical, order, and payment inquiries across multiple channels. Ensure full case ownership, timely resolution, and a positive customer experience through coordination with cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver prompt, accurate assistance via phone, web, email, and chat. - Maintain proactive communication on issue status and resolutions. - Take ownership of customer issues and follow defined processes and tools. - Collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, After‑Sales Service, Spare Parts, Media Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and resolve customer requests, escalating when necessary. - Recommend solutions and coordinate with relevant departments (production, scheduling, quoting, pricing, invoicing). - Provide regular updates and clarifications to customers to ensure a positive experience. - Use SAP and CRM (preferably Salesforce) to track and manage cases. - Document interactions and outcomes in agreed systems. **Required Skills:** - Strong customer service orientation, product support experience (1‑2 years). - Proficiency with SAP; knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM. - Excellent written and verbal communication; diplomatic and solution‑focused. - Ability to work collaboratively across diverse functional teams. - Proactive problem‑solving and ownership of issues. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - No additional certifications specified.
