Customer Marketing Lifecycle Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, integrating data, strategy, and execution across multiple tools. Own campaign planning, content design, and performance analysis while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize customer engagement and ROI.
**Expectations**

- Apply marketing analytics and insights to refine targeting and messaging.

- Drive continuous improvement and adopt emerging marketing technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, segment, and launch multi‑channel customer campaigns using CDP, ESPs, and project‑management platforms.
- Develop HTML email content and dynamic assets, ensuring best practices for deliverability and compliance.
- Coordinate with data teams to extract, transform, and validate customer segments.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to reduce cost and increase revenue.
- Facilitate bi‑weekly status updates, risk assessments, and post‑campaign reviews.
- Mentor junior campaign analysts and share best practices with the Center of Excellence.
- Serve as liaison between marketing, IT, and business partners, translating technical requirements into clear, actionable plans.
**Required Skills**
- 5–7 years of direct‑to‑consumer marketing campaign development and management.
- Proficiency with SQL, data platforms, and CDP architecture.
- Strong HTML/email development skills, including experience with ESPs (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, RedPoint).
- Project management expertise, comfortable with tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset: translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Attention to detail, privacy and preference compliance.
- Self‑starter with ability to prioritize in a fast‑changing environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of customer campaign implementation experience; direct marketing background preferred.
- Certifications in data analytics, email marketing, or project management (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud Administrator, PMP) are advantageous.
