Cybersecurity Manager
**Role Summary**
The Cybersecurity Manager serves as a Cybersecurity Business Partner (CBP) for SAP and Salesforce lines of business. This role advises leaders across multiple services, embeds security into business initiatives, and aligns cyber risk management with enterprise strategy. The manager leads cross‑functional collaboration, communicates complex security concepts in business terms, and drives adoption of security‑by‑design practices, threat mitigation, and resiliency programs.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders and senior management.
- Ensure cybersecurity controls are embedded throughout project lifecycles.
- Translate technical security requirements into actionable business initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of evolving threats, regulations, and industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic guidance and executive support for enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
- Liaise with security leadership to implement policies across business units.
- Advise on disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response planning.
- Promote a strong security culture and enforce uniform security practices.
- Identify, document, and mitigate threats and vulnerabilities impacting the business.
- Develop KPIs and metrics that align security outcomes with business goals.
- Facilitate security‑by‑design controls in architecture, infrastructure, and application projects.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of new laws, regulations, and standards.
- Validate training, communication, and awareness programs.
- Oversee automated release processes (DevOps) and technology roadmaps.
- Manage third‑party technical and outsourcing relationships.
**Required Skills**
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
- Expertise in SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Leadership and influence in cross‑functional teams.
- Project management and strategic planning skills.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, NIST), and compliance requirements.
- Experience with incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated release pipelines.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.
- Relevant industry experience (minimum 7–10 years in cybersecurity leadership roles).
