Job Description

**Job Title:** Product Owner (F/H) **Role Summary:** Own and drive the development of telematics exchange solutions (API Management/EDI) within an agile squad. Translate regulatory and business partner requirements into product backlog items, ensure reliable integration, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑value, data‑centric products. **Expectations:** - Champion product vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs. - Deliver incremental value through prioritized backlog, measurable KPIs, and continuous improvement cycles. - Act as a liaison between technical teams, external partners, and stakeholders to maintain service levels and roadmap coherence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own product vision and roadmap for telematics exchange services. - Prioritize, groom, and maintain a clear backlog with Business Analysts. - Define and track KPIs to maximize product value and performance. - Ensure operational readiness: monitor system reliability, supervision, and scalability of data flows. - Coordinate with external partners (EDI, APIs) and internal squads (Digital Factory) to manage dependencies and service level agreements. - Coach squad on agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and drive iterative improvement. - Foster collaboration across squads (SAFE train) and engage stakeholders on progress and outcomes. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years as Product Manager/Product Owner in IT & Digital environment. - Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and product management best practices. - Experience with data exchange protocols (EDI) and API Management is highly desirable. - Ability to leverage AI/ML concepts to enhance product lifecycle and decision making. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - User‑centric mindset with drive for measurable impact. - Cross‑functional leadership and collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent). - Product Owner / Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification is preferred.
