**Job Title**
Technology Architect and IT Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of enterprise IT architecture while managing strategic technology projects to align solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a secure, scalable, and high‑performance IT architecture that meets current and future business needs.
- Execute technology projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for leadership and cross‑functional teams, driving innovation and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Technology Architecture (60%)**
- Design, document, and maintain infrastructure, systems, security, cloud, and application integration architecture.
- Evaluate emerging technologies; recommend solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Define and enforce IT standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of procedures, configurations, and interventions.
2. **IT Project Management (30%)**
- Plan, coordinate, and manage technology initiatives (infrastructure, cybersecurity, migrations, integrations).
- Define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Communicate status and risks to internal stakeholders (clinics, labs, operating rooms) and external partners (vendors, suppliers).
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
3. **Strategic & Operational Support (10%)**
- Act as the technical point of contact for leadership and IT teams.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure project success.
- Conduct continuous monitoring of technology environments and recommend improvements.
**Required Skills**
- Enterprise IT architecture design and governance
- Cloud platform architecture (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
- Infrastructure design (network, storage, compute)
- Security architecture and compliance (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Application integration (API management, middleware)
- Full‑project lifecycle management (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
- Budget management and cost optimization
- Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Vendor and stakeholder relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and presentation skills
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Professional certifications preferred: TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture), PMP or PRINCE2 (Project Management), CISSP/CEH (Security), or equivalent.
