Job title: IT & Telecom Manager (F/M)
Role Summary: Own the technical supervision, project coordination, and operational oversight of IT and telecom infrastructures for the company and its professional clients. Act as the internal technical expert, client liaison, and strategic partner to the management team.
Expectations: Minimum 2 years of senior-level experience in system/network administration, team leadership, or infrastructure management. Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and maintain secure Windows Server and VoIP environments. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and executive stakeholders. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of prioritizing complex incidents and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain internal and client IT/telecom systems – servers, LAN/WAN, VPNs, VoIP (3CX/Yeastar), Trunk SIP, Centrex, and inter‑site interconnections.
- Lead and mentor level‑2/3 technicians, resolving advanced incidents and ensuring service levels.
- Deploy and integrate IP telephony, data solutions, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure system reliability and security through backups, disaster‑recovery, updates, hardening, and monitoring.
- Coordinate client projects, create timelines, allocate resources, and deliver status reports to management and clients.
- Conduct technology scouting, propose improvements, and drive continuous optimisation initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Windows Server environments – AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, group policy management.
- VoIP and telecom platforms – 3CX, Yeastar, SIP trunking, Centrex.
- LAN/WAN/VLAN networking, routing, VPN, firewall and security best practices.
- System monitoring (Nagios, PRTG, etc.) and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.).
- Project coordination, incident escalation, reporting, and client communication.
- Leadership, autonomy, analytical thinking, and prioritisation.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Computer Science, Telecom, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate/Professional (MCSA/MCP), CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent CCIE-level knowledge preferred.
