Job Description
Job title: Senior Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end design, development, and administration of enterprise Salesforce solutions for media sales, event booking, and corporate order business units. Own solution architecture, mentor junior talent, and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and platform scalability. Expectations: - Senior technical leader with 5+ years of full‑cycle Salesforce experience. - Strong influence on architecture and standard setting across the organization. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high‑quality code and configurations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations. - Administer platform operations: user and security management, configuration, data integrity, and environment control. - Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. - Mentor and coach junior developers and administrators. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross‑team design discussions. - Serve as trusted advisor for Salesforce best practices and continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Expert in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow). - Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration patterns (API, middleware). - Experience with environment management and performance tuning. - Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Familiarity with iterative delivery (Agile/Scrum). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce CPQ®, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Administrator certifications. - Additional certifications in integration or middleware technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure, AWS) are a plus.
