Job title: Marketing Communications Content Manager (F/M)
Role Summary
Lead the creation, production, and distribution of editorial and digital content for a global mapping and GIS company. Work closely with the marketing‑communication director and a three‑person team to deliver engaging, consistent, and innovative content across web, social media, video, and other digital channels, driving brand awareness and audience conversion.

- Actively manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and cohesive messaging.
- Guide the team to produce high‑quality editorial and technical material.
- Optimize digital performance through SEO, analytics, and KPI reporting.
- Foster collaboration across departments and adapt to evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, produce, and publish editorial and digital content (web pages, social posts, videos, infographics, newsletters, white‑papers, blogs, press releases).
- Develop and animate the editorial strategy; maintain a master editorial calendar.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives to boost engagement and conversion (SEO, paid media, email, social listening).
- Measure results, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the content service; supervise, coach, and develop a three‑member team.
- Participate in strategic projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and digital trend watch to inform content plans.
Required Skills
- Strong digital marketing foundation and expertise in web & SEO strategies.
- Proficiency with content management systems (HubSpot, Inwink) and digital publishing platforms.
- Excellent editorial and technical writing abilities; ability to tailor tone for varied audiences.
- Data‑driven mindset: performance analysis, KPI tracking, reporting, and actionable insights.
- Experience creating digital events and multimedia content (video, graphics).
- Leadership skills: team management, mentoring, cross‑functional collaboration.
- Creativity, initiative, and adaptability in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Required Education & Certifications
- Master’s level (Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or content strategy are advantageous.
