**Job Title** Assistant Commercial – Automobile (F/M) **Role Summary** Support the commercial team by managing the full administrative lifecycle of vehicle sales orders – from order processing to vehicle delivery. Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with registration and invoicing requirements, and high customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. - Deliver precise, timely administrative support that meets legal and company standards. - Process and track all vehicle order documentation, invoices, and payments. - Proactively manage client requests, complaints, and disputes. - Provide regular sales activity reports and statistical insights. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare and verify all necessary documents for new and used vehicle sales (VN/VO). - Coordinate vehicle registration, invoicing, and payment collection with finance. - Handle administrative tasks for new purchases, trade-ins, and finance negotiations. - Maintain and update the customer database and sales records. - Produce monthly sales statistics and activity reports for management. - Assist sales advisors with client queries and document management. - Manage customer complaints, resolve disputes, and ensure follow‑up. - Audit and ensure compliance with mandatory legal and regulatory procedures. **Required Skills** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to work collaboratively with sales, finance, and service teams. - Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution aptitude. - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Customer‑centric mindset and service orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (Bac+2/3). - Proven experience (≥1–2 years) in a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive sector. - Knowledge of vehicle sales processes, registration, and invoicing procedures is advantageous.
